The worst service I have been in, not only when I returned the bike, I got an expert opinion that it was impossible to thread the crank and I would have to buy a new one, then the next day they had to call with information whether they could do it for such information, I had to remind myself because they did not want to call I had to call twice to find out that they broke the job, the specialist said that they broke the whole thing and will have to do twice as long. I wholeheartedly advise against any work related to the bicycle
Large selection of bicycles for everyone, and to accessories and professional service. Friendly, professional staff - highly recommended!
Service technicians can only diagnose that they can't be repaired and you have to buy new ones, preferably from their store. I do not recommend, a shop and service that targets people who have no idea how the bicycle they ride is built on and probably only thanks to such prospering.
I bought two Kross bikes here, after the season the prices were good and I'm close.
This is the end of the positives.
First of all, the policy of extending the Kross guarantee implemented here is hopeless, paying PLN 80 for no matter what.
Kross gives a price of about PLN 55 but you have been saying in the store for a year that this is an outdated Kross price policy, and they additionally lubricate the chain and pump the wheels :-)
For PLN 25 pumping wheels, chain and shock absorber ???
It is after 10 min. Works and materials for PLN 1 !!!
In addition, every query for simple service activities, such as adjustment, centering, gives cosmic amounts and always indicates that something needs to be replaced.
I can repair and service the bike myself, but I rode a few times thinking that someone would do it cheaply - not here.
If you can take care of your bike yourself, there are two shops / services in Lublin where such customers are cared for.
If you don't know where to ask your dad :-)
I recommend a very good approach to the client. The salesperson's immediate action, both in terms of service and sales, and the problem I presented to the shop owner was not easy to solve.
