The staff did not replace the spokes on the spot, arguing, among others: ".. here and the brake disc must be unscrewed ..." :( being a long journey, I expected help due to the "Professional service"), unfortunately there was no professional approach.
I've been to this store twice, wanting to buy a bike. None of the sellers even asked if they could help. Zero interest like in a supercame. Preparation of sellers and training probably none. The only thing missing are self-service checkouts. Redundant staff. I do not recommend.
Bike service worth recommending. Fast and efficient repairs, and at the same time attractively priced. Substantially discussed elements for repair and valuation made. recommend
I heartily recommend! Gentlemen are simply professionals in the subject. They have extensive knowledge about parts, materials used and solutions. Due to the great offer I decided to buy a bike at Irmak Sport :) Regards
