The knowledge of the assortment of the employee serving me was good. However, it is worth getting acquainted with the information on the product you are looking for on your own or asking for an opinion, because I saw a textbook example of a typical seller-pusher, not a customer advisor. Emphasis on the amount, because the more expensive the better, i.e. just to sell. ;) I understand that it is business and revenue that must match, but mercy - providing information to a co-worker when the customer stands a few steps away, hears spoken words and laughs are open mockery and disrespect on the part of the service, which has a negative impact on the company's image. A well-served customer is back. I prefer to shop elsewhere.

I was sold an exhibition laptop at the normal price, and of course no one told me about it. I didn't see my laptop packing as I was supposed to be back in 20 minutes after setup. In order to clarify the matter, I called the hotline, I was not given any specific information. After a few calls and an argument on the spot, the money was returned. Another situation is that I ordered a laptop with a pickup in the store, 5 days after ordering the laptop disappeared and no one knows where it went missing. Unpleasant, unspecific and unhelpful employees. I do not recommend

Yesterday in another Media Expert supermarket (which as it turned out to be my big mistake) I bought Airpods Pro headphones. After I got home and unpacked the box, it turned out that one of the completely new headphones did not work. Today I went to the Media Expert store in Olympia and thanks to the help of the Sales Manager, Mr. Marcin Jezierski, the headphones were replaced with completely new ones in a few moments. Quick and very professional service.
