No pro-professionalism, I was at the bookstore at 5:15 pm and the store was already closed. Failure to close the store before the actual time. Complete lack of professionalism. For me, a big minus ➖

A very large selection of textbooks for learning foreign languages, a lot of original books and, above all, nice, competent and very helpful staff.
