The condition given on the website does not agree with the facts, so the bookstore has significant delays in shipping products, without doing anything about it. Terrible customer service that completely ignores the above and treats buyers hopelessly.

I do not recommend strongly. I bought a doll that was not actually available, almost a month has passed and I can't get a refund. I do not recommend!!!!
