Klocki - ordered on December 3 2017 - of course were available on the website. After a few days, they canceled my order because the product was sold out. Their regulations include a refund of up to 14 days. Today is January 6, 2018 and I do not have any refunds in my account (all data for refunds is with them). I would add that I called several times, and you just sold me that patience is needed - mine is over!
You are the worst store I came across!
Of course, if necessary, I will take all measures to recover the money!

I advise against shopping here ... ordered and paid goods not only did not get there, you can not reach them by phone. Thieves and cheaters.
The bookstore accepts the order for execution, claiming that the product is available. Of course, the payment should be immediate.
The next day they canceled the order, but the money was kept for two weeks. That is, in fact, 3 weeks.

The bookstore is misleading in the offer, it says that the English manual plus the exercises are available and in fact they sent the textbook itself. And they have to wait two weeks for the refund. The lady with whom I contacted in the stationary bookstore stated that this is not her problem. She doesn't process orders or refunds money.
