Large McDonald's off the motor way , lots of seating outside and inside , 4 touch screen terminal. It has a cafe and an outdoor play area.
What's happening at the restaurant lately is a joke. I understand that sometimes there is more traffic and it is impossible to get the order. But to confuse the ingredients? This is another situation where the lumberjack is missing something. Today my little sister came back and there was no fried cheese in the sandwich. Recently they made a mistake and gave beef instead of chicken. In my opinion, they should execute orders more carefully because it is very alienating for the customer ...
Another time something is missing from the order ... this time nuggets. Plus for smiling service. But I do not understand why there are so many people there, if they cannot complete the order properly ... From today I will be checking every order at the checkout. 😤
Everyone knows the food at McDonald's, so I won't judge it. The service at this particular restaurant was correct. However, for such a large cast, it should work a little smoother.
Everything ok. Only the service staff have mistaken the toy number in Happy Meal once.
