They do not inform about the change of the dates of the hearings, the letter about the postponement of the hearing in which I am a witness and which was to take place a week ago was sent yesterday to the work address (no one working there was able to explain it to me). A woman working in "information" is just a slap, she is not able to give the simplest information, her only answer is a gruff "that's a question to the court".
This Court is a joke. An open and public joke.
The lawsuits are examined for an excruciatingly long time (the Commercial Court issued the order earlier than the EPU, although I filed the lawsuit a month later). The EPU portal works as if it were put on a server from the nineties, and the bitterness is complemented by incompetent and rude service of the EPU hotline.
For half a year I have been trying to call without success. I don't know if this judgment works at all or if it is a ghost judgment. The case sent by letter I do not even know the signature, it will be a year.
Very not polite phone service. Over a month of time and asking for your own money. Ladies in the secretary's office in an outraged voice give information that does not add anything anyway, so I still stand at point A. As for me, drama. If you do your work, you must do it diligently, not with grace. There is nothing for free in life. You have to earn a payday!
