I am assessing the procedure of undercutting the frenulum in an infant, performed by Dr. Stępień. Let me start with the fact that when you enter the office you go back at least 20 years. Quite poor conditions, additionally a tiny waiting room, in which even in covid times a few waiting people have to cram, because, as someone wrote earlier, you have to wait. When signing up for the procedure, I clearly indicated that we had a recommendation to cut the frenulum under the tongue and under the upper lip. I learned about the fact that it would not be under the upper lip a moment before the procedure. Supposedly, you are waiting for your child to have teeth (or rather a speech impediment and a gap between ones), which is old school. My daughter got an injection under the tongue with anesthesia (later I found out that it is not practiced in such young children, because such a numb tongue may cause choking on food !!!) The procedure itself lasted literally a minute, and the doctor did not even make sure that the procedure was properly performed, but we were to take the child from the chair right away. Despite my bloody mouth, I had to ask for something that the blood could drip on to keep my daughter from choking. After a few days of checking with a lactation advisor, I found out that the wedge was cut too little and it was necessary to correct it. Of course, we did not use the services of this clinic anymore, but for the same price we found a modern clinic in Lublin, where you come at an agreed time, and the approach to the little patient is human.

I treated my teeth at Dr. Pastucha. I will not say, as a dentist, the doctor knows her stuff. However, as for certain rules that apply to every doctor here, I am sadly disappointed. Many times while treating my teeth, the doctor spoke on the phone and looked after my tooth at the same time. While removing the stone, the doctor was so busy talking that she did not remove the stone from one side. I'm not going back there anymore.

PRL. I do not know how this office still functions at that time. The opinions speak for themselves. I do not recommend.

I recommend Dr. Boruszak with full responsibility. Calm, very thorough, patient and always positive about the patient. Regardless of whether a private visit or a fund visit, the approach is always the same.

I had the "pleasure" of getting there 8 and I will definitely never go back there again
