Unfortunately, but I also have to confirm the negative opinion. I called this company and, taken by the price, went to the place. Despite the announcement about receiving the cash from hand, I did not receive it because it turned out that it was sold. They did not inform me before arrival that I would not receive the cash and I had no reason to go. But the advance they wanted immediately for cash for me. Another visit and this time during the reception it turned out that the price by phone was in the simplest version without something there and something and without these things the cash register will not work properly. They didn't tell me that over the phone and they wanted a higher sum of money on the spot that I wasn't prepared for. The third visit, if not for the quarrel on the spot, would not end with the receipt of the cash register because it turned out that in my situation I have to make some notification or sign the commitment that I will be servicing them for years. And it happened, the money broke or I thought so because it did not work. I reported by phone that I received the cash register not long ago, I did almost nothing on it and now it does not work. The service technician almost shouted at me and said he would come in his free time. Well, somehow he didn't find a free moment in less than a week and when calling, I heard on the phone another voice of the gentleman, who said that it is new and that they change often because the boss pays little and in general ... he was just quite effusive. Nevertheless, he couldn't help me over the phone and said that the boss told them to say that even if guaranteed, if someone came, they should do it so that it was the fault of the cash register owner or they would not get money for the service. So do I agree that someone will come but I will probably have to pay. Another service technician arrived who knew nothing and said that the power supply was broken or there was no power in the socket. The connected curling iron worked, so I certainly flooded the power supply and I will have to pay for it because the power supplies are not with me. Oh, and for getting to me, so I went to pick up the power supply. Do they have to cost so much? 79 zlotys for such a small thing is expensive. In this situation, I think I will change the website after your comments because in other companies maybe it will be better ...
