Ukrainians can be proud of the consular department in Lublin. Human attitude, willingness to understand and desire to help. You feel keenly when the bureaucratic machine works for people, and not vice versa. If you are thinking which consular department in Poland you should contact, I advise Lublin.

Very rude people and very rude attitude. We tried to apply for a visa and find out more information but he was yelling at us full on, did not help out at all. We came up to the window and told him we came to receive a visa and he yells “AND!” I was expecting him to tell me what documents I need to show him in order, but instead received very rude service. Seems like we returned back to soviet times.

Seriously the best Embassy I've ever dealt with. They were so nice and fast. I very much appreciate it. Thanks Mr. Bilyi and Mrs. Gorbovska and all.

Awful service for the indecently high price. No queue organization, no posibility to pay in advance or inside - must go to the post office. Only one window of three works. Wants a xero copy for everything, but if you don't have one - their greed doesn't allow to use the embacy's copier. You must ask for a toilet. You might wait for a passport more than 4 months. Definitely, this place was created to remind ukrainians what suffering is and why they moved abroad. However, the consul Mr. Yuri is a good and pleasant person.
