One star for the fact that they keep the car 3-6 hours when they arrive to unload the plates. Not respecting someone else's time. And it is worth noting that this is not entirely the fault of the warehouse employees, because they work all the time, only the organization. You can see that the robots are for 4 trolleys, not two.

The service is a total end. Lady at checkout / service unpleasant and answering questions with grace. Once you pay for the goods, they don't care. Once you hit the warehouse, they have the same grudge against you at all. I was the first and last time !!!

The level of service native to the Polish People's Republic. Stock shortages are standard. Damaged goods are carefully masked on a pallet so that no damage can be found at the time of receipt. It's a waste of time struggling. Prices higher than the competition and the service is a bit of paranoia. Nobody knows anything. You can go for the screws, but it's a lottery anyway, because you don't know if they will be. I strongly advise against. If you assemble the cabinet for a week, you can hold it, but when running a business it is better to avoid such places with a wide berth.

Poor service and disrespect for customer time. Not competent management who does not know what is happening in the company. I strongly do not recommend and advise you to avoid it
