There are no customer service standards for this store. They are completely alien to employees. Well, it is most convenient to sit in small groups and gossip all day long than to approach the client. You can walk around the store for hours, but no one will come. And when the client approaches the group by himself, he will stop talking and drinking coffee, asking for a specific thing and showing the article on the phone, he will hear that there is somewhere in the store ... Look for yourself. Failure ... Help and customer interest zero. It's hard to move 4 letters ... Why will they pay for tapping off hours at work anyway? As a result, after unsuccessful attempts to find a specific item, I left the store without the goods for which I went from the other side of the city. It was my last visit to this store! I will never go back there again. And I do not recommend it to anyone !!! I cordially greet the employees. The main thing is not to wash yourself :)

Bed ordered at the turn of September and October, completion date by 30 November. In early December, it turned out that the factory made a different model at all, which is ridiculous. Now that the model was in the store, it was passed on to another customer who placed the same order later. The bed "maybe it will be in January, and maybe it won't". No respect for the customer, but you don't have to, because the money is paid and the discount for the delay is max 10%.
