In my opinion, the best MMA club in Lublin. I am very pleased with the quality of training. Super Trainer who provides specific trainings technically rich and never bored. Two training rooms. MATA 220m2 and 80m2 room with bags. A large men's cloakroom about 50m2 and some 20m2 cloakroom for girls. A big plus is the cleanliness of the club and the great atmosphere cool people. In the club you can train 5 days a week. Prices in the club are rather moderate but the quality of training at the highest level. Always a helpful trainer. There is no gym in the club but you can't have everything. Often in clubs where there are gyms - Saint's workouts are a low-level supplement. Shootfighters are a full professor - I highly recommend
No cloakroom, you leave your personal belongings on the floor ... There were a lot of people in training, one trainer is not able to grasp the back of so many people and catch any mistakes. It was really mine
first contact with MMA, I didn't even know exactly what the combat position should look like, not to mention blows. In addition, classes interesting from the stand up to the ground floor. Price for such conditions very high. It is better to pay this amount somewhere else and have gyms included.
