I am very positively surprised that such a fantastic studio was created in Lublin. It is incredibly beautiful, atmospheric. You can almost feel the spirit of the creator Joseph Pilates himself.
This is all supported by the professionalism of the teacher and manager Mariola Wentlandt. Finally, I feel that I'm in the right hands :)
I recommend this studio to all women who want to have a beautiful, slim figure, the elderly to maintain physical fitness and men who prefer to have balanced body proportions without excessive muscle hypertrophy.

I definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to develop their physical fitness in a professional and effective way. Exercises are initially demanding but they really work and improve well-being and physical fitness. I have a sense of care by professionals who work on proven equipment!
I was looking for a place with group classes, but soon I learned that doing the duo we use makes more sense. I highly recommend!
