I came at the appointed time and then I find out that there is a delay, it happens, I say that there is no problem waiting, but you inform me that I would come for ... At least an hour. I think that customers are not treated like this, if I am at 11.30 I would like to be served at about this time, and if the shifts are so big it would be better to call and inform about it earlier. Unfortunately, I can not afford to wait so much time. Unprofessional approach.
