I submitted a complaint for goods purchased online, it was accepted in the store. I received a telephone information about the positive consideration of the complaint and then when I came to the store, I found out that unfortunately it is not possible to file a complaint for goods purchased online in a stationary store ... and a refund thread. Bareja ... Fortunately, the purchased goods were inexpensive. A waste of time and nerves plus rude / incompetent? service.

In this store, the service is very rude, they treat people in advance. Ladies are clearly not designed to work with clients.

I am surprised by the poor quality of the products. I bought 2 gold chains for the girl (one made her neck terribly dirty) and a bracelet that broke the next day. Defeat, 2,000 lost
