The place specializes in terrible service. Zero customer interest. Insidious whispering to one another instead of going about your chores. Customer evaluation clearly visible. Can't expect any help.

very poor level of customer service, both when looking for an engagement ring and currently looking for wedding jewelry, the service does not deign to answer "good morning". You showed us the collection with your thumb yesterday, pointing behind your back and saying "what about that?" this was the only interaction we had with us and three employees stood in the store. I emphasize that we wanted to buy a set, it would not be a cheap purchase. Not my loss, the competition is not sleeping, but I strongly advise against

Customer service lies. One lady was busy with another customer, there were two more people out of the shop - maybe they were not the seller, because they had other clothes, but you approached me after a good 10 minutes and asked if he could help me. He took out the jewelry I asked for, but he was looking at me somewhere over his head and generally he was not interested in serving me. After a moment, a friend came to him? In any case, the lady immediately got something previously ordered. My stay in the store lasted a good 20 minutes and no one was interested in serving me or asking someone to help me, maybe by a young age or too cheap purchase? Finally, one more saleswoman left the back office, but until then I managed to decide by watching only through the windowpane and I just wanted to pay. If it were not for the fact that I wanted to buy it, I would have gone out a long time ago, it's ridiculous to wait so long when two people from the service stand and look into space, and only one lady supports.

I bought a ring size 12, which turned out to be size 11. The lady refused to exchange, I do not recommend
