Ladies and Gentlemen, on August 21, I sent you a request to confirm the available wine vintages. After a few days without answering, I called and was asked to wait a maximum of a day or two. After 10 days of no answer I called and in the utmost courtesy asked again when I could expect a reply. I heard literally "Your case is not that important to us, so please wait patiently" and then, when I was trying to find out when the answer would come, the Lord on the line said "Goodbye", interrupting me in mid-word, and hung up. I am a calm person by nature, but what is this if not rudeness?
