Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. The food was a bit hit or miss as I enjoyed my meal but my partner was not as happy with hers.

After booking, I contacted the property to confirm and inform about the time of arrival (between 1 and 2 am). The lady who talked to me informed me that there was no problem and that if the door was closed, I should ring. We arrived exactly at 1.30 am, in the parking lot, two cars everywhere in the hotel lights off, we stood at the door 20-25 minutes I called the number 5 times - the same number was on the front door. In addition, I was ringing the bell that was at the door ... Silence, nobody answered, nobody answered .. About an hour before 2 am I was left on the ice without a hotel, tired 6h night drive from Krakow, I managed to find another hotel only at 3.20 in Gniezno. .. Lady in second place. She explained that she cleaned the rooms .. Hahahha puaty hotel so the question was who did you clean the rooms after.

On the walls in the room a lot of killed mosquitoes, dirty. The bathroom is a bit better. A lot of spider webs on the terrace. There is asphalt parking around the facility, no space for recreation. It is also impossible to reach the pond. The place is only suitable as a starting point for exploring the area - close to Biskupie, Gniezno

We have been to the restaurant several times. Three years ago, I would write that the food is delicious. Today .. it depends on how you get it .. Little choice on the menu .. Unfortunately, sometimes the restaurant is dirty too. Quite average prices - food can be tasteless (eg De volaille completely dry inside). Plus is a large parking lot. I did not use the hotel.

The hotel is very dirty, no ventilation, "smells" like a restaurant upstairs. The hotel is in need of major refurbishment but if it were clean it would be forgivable. In addition, the opinion is very spoiled by the owner. Extremely unpleasant to the customer, it seems that customers are disturbing her. No recreational area for children at the hotel (apart from the paid Dinopark), no playground. The only advantage of this place is the tasty food in the restaurant.
