On the initiative of the Gołąbki Forest Inspectorate, the creation of Forest Avenue of Independence was designed by planting trees along the Rogowo - Janowiec Wielkopolski poviat road. On the edge of the forest complex hard experienced by the storm last year, Forest Avenue was created for the 100th anniversary of the Independence of Poland. Is a lasting symbol of the contribution pałuckich foresters in the restoration of degraded forest stands, restoration of a young forest dedicated during the celebration of state holidays.
Forest Avenue Independence has a chance to become part of the educational path running on foot - bicycle trail. Thanks to the efforts of the Commune uprising Rogowo string of encouraging tourist to explore the area, learning about natural and cultural values of the region. Obelisk in the shared place for tourism will be a permanent example of an initiative Forestry Doves to commemorate the momentous anniversary. Witness this event is dedicated to the Papal Oak by Pope Francis, who for many years will watch over young forest in the area.
