The lady at the front desk was very rude. Instead of offering any help to the pet question I politely asked her, she kept repeating NO. It was not just a No im sorry i cant help you, it was a NO with heavy attitude and complete lack of effort or care. She continued to cut the paper stars she was working on.

This store doesn't even deserve one star. The store has only disadvantages, a lot of replacing them, but I will mention a few: 1. Little choice, 2. Poor quality of products, 3. Worms and viruses in the products (my fish died after the frozen food and the water in the aquarium turned white, and in addition, mealworm larvae are live in the food for dogs, cats and paps). 4. Old, sick fish kept in poor conditions. 5. Terribly unfriendly service, which does not even say good morning. 6. The service practically knows nothing about animals (in what conditions they have to be kept, etc.). They don't know anything about fish at all. 7. They sell products that are not worth even 2 zlotys too expensive due to their poor quality. E.t.c. So, in summary, if someone cares about the health, safety and well-being of their pet, better not to buy in this store. Otherwise it may end as evident in the death of the animal.
