They looked at our dog in what seemed like a mayor rush, no time for questions. We went because our dog has skin issues and the ònly treatment was anallergic food from royal canin for the rest of her life.. afterwards we found loads of other possible/alternative treatments.. plus the royal canin food contains loads of bad ingredients like corn starch. We did not feel helped but rather ripped off because we think they get sponsored (big advertisements from same brand) and therefor they don’t offer other solutions

We went to the clinic several times with various cat ailments. A few years ago we had the pleasure of treating good doctors with knowledge, at a reasonable price, without stretching. Unfortunately, yesterday we came across a chaos lady, lack of concentration, she ran from office to office without remembering what was wrong with the patient. We agreed to two tests because an urgent visit required it and we expected the cost of the X-ray, morphology, visit, but stretching for tests for which we did not agree ... which will bear. At the time of payment, I wanted to detail how much the test costs. Unfortunately, the chaos lady was unable to answer. It is a pity that people who do not know each other work. Unfortunately, after the visit, the cat is not better, and we are also aware of the fact that we are stretching it to research.
