It is difficult to depict what I have received from Mrs. Julia Jeżewska with the help of stars ... I came to her to work with my scar after the 3rd cesarean section. In addition to mobilizing the scar, Julia comprehensively took care of my recovery after pregnancy and delivery - I train my pelvic floor muscles, transverse (I think) abdominal muscle, breathing. I learn a lot, I can easily ask about everything. I expand my body awareness, I have more control over my body, the skills of relaxation and relaxation have taken a whole new dimension. I feel a better pelvic floor during everyday physiological activities as well as in intimate life. Finally - the visit time is such a private, personal time spent only for me and a stepping stone from domestic duties. The quality of my life has definitely improved. Julia's knowledge inspires me. And she is as ordinary as all of us, she works hard and there is no time for anything😀 I highly, highly recommend🥰
