Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a negative opinion. I made an appointment at 18:30, I received an SMS message that the meeting will take place at the office at ul. Upper. After arriving a little earlier, no one answered either the intercom or the phone that appeared on the card at the entrance. I waited until 18:45 in a specific frost and headed home.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend the services of this real estate agency. The lady who answered the phone was very nice, unfortunately this is the only advantage of this office. I made an appointment to rent the property two days earlier, the Lady said that she had signed me up for the meeting and invited me. The next day, I called to make sure that the offer and the meeting were still valid. The same nice lady said yes and we will see you tomorrow. After driving over 50 km to the apartment I was interested in, I called this lady, because no one was waiting for me at the building. It turned out that the apartment has been rented for two days! Nobody from the office informed me about this even though I called the office twice. The lady, of course, apologized, but no one would return my lost time and money. Again, I do not recommend it.

They arranged for me to sign the contract, and then about 1.5 hours before the agreed time, they canceled everything because, as it turned out, they had not previously agreed with their client on the terms. It would seem that a professional office does such things with clients - extra time before someone confirms the transaction. My time and money lost commuting. Not to mention that, if I hadn't taken the office's offer seriously, the apartment would have already been rented out to someone else.

Professional service. The flat was sold quickly and efficiently. I recommend to all who are looking for a good real estate agency with many years of experience.
