I was with my husband and disabled son in Benidorm. I booked the plane myself, the hotel room was not prepared / there were only two beds /, we moved twice and finally we stayed in a room of a lower standard than it was agreed and paid with the office. The resident's phone number I was given was wrong, so I had to fight all wars with the hotel alone. We spent the night in a servant room with a view of the kitchen waste segregation but it was a four-star hotel room. The equivalent of breakfast on the day of early departure was an orange and a packet of biscuits. So I warn you against such attractions that Watra gravel has prepared for me. Attempts to complain after returning were cowardly ignored, despite the fact that I sent them a few e-mails / I know that they have come and the fact that communication before departure took place this way /. No apologies for office errors, no refund for a smaller room and use of an attachment instead of a bed ... it's a shame to talk. It remains for me to warn others and complain to some Chamber of Tourism.

Personally, as a subcontractor, I do not recommend. In October 2019 I served this group 2 groups. Payment was to be after the service. Unfortunately, I haven't seen the money yet. I do not recommend.

I love this office for its staff! Everything else was cool, thoughtful and okay but that was interesting thanks to the people who were there with us! I recommend youth camps: D
