Undoubtedly, Mr. Rafał - the owner is a very nice man, but you must know that in the bull you can not get a car that you know from the rental company, with a mileage of up to 25-30 thousand, a guarantee and full support, especially in emergency situations. At the time of renting, my car had over 100,000 mileage and ... we were unlucky. I left my car in Olkusz. After about 4.5 hours of driving the California light comes on: engine problem. In an interview with Mr. Rafał, we hear: how is it going to go? After an hour, there is no doubt - no driving, no power. In the next conversation, we hear that we have to look for a VW service. Googlamy, no longer available today. We have to leave, where we have booked accommodation, we will not get there. We go to the nearest parking lot. We go to the site at dawn. Car without power, white smoke from the pipe when adding gas. 3 km before the destination, a phone call from Mr. Rafał, stop, we have to go downhill and wait for a mobile service technician. The car is insured, but only towing provides compensation. Ok ... We get a call at the VW hotline to a service technician, we hear, I will definitely not tow you, I have a ban on towing, the service is close, if you want, wait. We are waiting for 3 hours. The service technician said so. We are to go to the site, the smoke from the pipe does not impress him. We are waiting in the service. After 4 hours, the diagnosis: we do not know what it is, but the car will not leave today, it is not known when it will leave. Besides, it's after the warranty and no cash, no work. What now? We call Mr. Rafał. We hear hmmm maybe look for another camper on the net ???. After an hour of googling and a few conversations, I make sure - it's impossible. I suggest that you usually rent a car, and in the rental price of a motorhome (high season) I can find accommodation in rather luxurious conditions on the booking. It's hard to save your vacation, you have to change your plans. Mr. Rafal expresses his sadness about the situation in subsequent conversations, I hear you do so, I will return your money. Look for a car. Googlam, I call, I am looking, it is not easy to rent a car that will still accommodate our camping equipment. After another 2 - 3 hours of phone calls, the service and rents a VW Sharan. It is 5 pm, we are leaving. Barely alive, from the morning only on 2 service teas. I suggest to Mr. Rafał that if it reduces the costs and problems in this unpleasant situation, maybe someone will come with our car left in Olkusz, we will replace the cars and return the rented Sharan. There is agreement. The owner is coming. We trade cars. It seems ok. After your return, you start asking for a refund. I'm calling please, I hear it will be fine, now. Mail, telephone, telephone, SMS and so on several cycles. Rather not very pleasant. After 4 weeks, he receives a settlement by e-mail. For the fuel for the motorhome, okay (although mine burned 12-13 l), for the fuel for the Sharan (?) After all, I gave it 100% fueled, for fuel for my car, for blah, the car in which Mr. Rafał was driving somewhere in my case And, of course, for renting a motorhome for 1 day, I finally slept in it, it was on the way to the site. The total was about PLN 1,500. I'm not trying to argue, chances are I'll get anything back. After a few more calls and text messages, he finally gets a transfer. This is how I spent probably one of the most expensive summer days. It is a pity that mainly on the way to VW service and in the service itself. It could be worse, I could get nothing back, lose my vacation. Therefore, I would like to thank Mr. Rafał for his readiness to help. Am i satisfied? Probably not from the idea of ​​a vacation in a motorhome, not from the costs, but from a vacation very much. VW california whether hit or put - I do not speak, in the end I decide that I have not tried it. A lesson for me: Try to spend your money more wisely. For this reason, I decided to share my opinion, maybe it will help you make good decisions.

I recommend the Bulla Camper rental. Thank you for a professional and extensive explanation of how to open and close the roof and for a detailed explanation of all useful amenities in the car. Thank you VW for the economical DSG gearbox. A car with a capacity of 150km 2.0tdi consumed about 6.8 liters on a distance of 3800 km in Norway. Regards
