As for the plus point at the 2nd entry, a failure several times I encountered the lack of professionalism and total disinformation of employees, after visiting the point it always ends with a call to the hotline because the service was not professional and the help turned out to be a total obstacle, not facilitating cooperation with the plus , several times an employee has abandoned his duties and eventually found out that the services that were called for deactivation are active and fees have been charged. I recommend calling the hotline first and leaving the visit at the point as a last resort.

I support all prior opinions. I've been in the plus for over 20 years! Why do new customers get better conditions than me with 20 years of experience? In my opinion, it is unfair and completely illogical. They gave me a proposal for the extension of the contract, probably the 10th Huwaei Y6 phone and this is a low-budget phone with a subscription of PLN 60 a month.
