The only bank where you want to have an account. The last visit, especially, is an example of professionalism, a smile and taking the client seriously. Nice, nice and 100%. Although sometimes, rarely, you have to wait a bit, but well, there are no queues. I recommend it to everyone. I greet the employees, especially Mrs. Magda.
Nice and competent staff, but waiting an HOUR is really longer than in other establishments.
Tragedy. In the era of COVID19, it is operated by one person. Four people in line in front of me plus the applicant in the armchair - waiting time for an hour. HOUR.
In addition, a guest comes with an appointment and enters without queues. Nightmare. during this time, 5 people enter and give up waiting in line. every now and then the Lady disappears somewhere behind the door.
