I could not pass by the last negative post. I often shop at this place, I give things for repair (from any company without exception.) And the lady who wrote about "not nice service" (although she was not there in person) should ask her friend / boyfriend / partner to make it more reliable he told her about it because I was a witness to the incident. I have never encountered rudeness there, quite the opposite. The staff always advise, ask if it is for someone for a gift, etc. all in good measure to satisfy even the most demanding customer.
