Unfortunately, one star. I was here three times, the first one was still in the old location - for some reason you did not want to drip me then, because after 15 they don't do it anymore. Dunno, I took a latte and it was so much so but hard. For the second time, encouraged by the new location, I entered with the thought of working on a new place. But there was no one behind the bar for 5 minutes and all the tables on the ground floor were full so I woke up, sorry. The third time I was today, I wanted to give one more chance, you know, up to 3 times art and all. I punch in, I see occupied places, but there are 3 people behind the bar, they make some juices, clean up, something. I'm waiting patiently. Finally, one lady comes up and begins such a conversation: - Hello? - hello, are there places other than all taken? - yes, upstairs - Oh, cool! are there any vegan sandwiches? And at that moment our conversation was interrupted, because a new client came in who briskly said "cup of coffee!", gave the card for stamps and tossed you a dime. And you can see that they knew each other, that's cool. I am waiting patiently because I think that what the wait, maybe there is no such thing as a queue here, maybe it's a quick order and we will come back to the topic of sandwiches in a moment. But no, the conversation goes on, another employee walked up behind the bar and talked to the other client, and I was standing and waiting. And somehow I didn't like it. I also looked at my partner with whom I came and I also noticed shock and disbelief in her eyes. And somehow we decided that we would go out and go to the cafe next door.

If it were possible to add two ratings, I would rate the coffee highly .. But the way the staff (maybe the owner?) Responds here to the comments of customers who express negative or not entirely positive opinions is scary. The cafe is not only good coffee, but the whole thing: decor, atmosphere, service level, respect for customers - even those who have reservations. In one of the answers you write to someone that it's not your problem, but his depression. Maybe in you, because the inability to accept criticism is also a disorder. When assessing yourself on the Internet, you need to be aware of the fact that people write various things in it, but as long as these opinions do not spread hate, "you don't throw meat", it is probably worth being more humble.

Editing after owner comment: First of all, we haven't switched to "you", Wiśniewski 😉 Secondly, Wisła has 5 stars for me, because it has not disappointed me as much as your coffee. Initially, you had 5 stars, then 3 (the quality of both coffee and service decreased), and after your comment, the value adequate to the answer. Third, I have to admit that you have a rather interesting approach to PR relations.

The best cafe in town, delicious paninis, friendly service.

Home atmosphere. It is worth visiting and trying some good coffee or sandwiches.
