The service is simply something without a name, the service and the level of services torn from the PRL, the service manager effectively discouraged me from repairing the car with them, where in Toruń I had the matter settled immediately and in a nice atmosphere, unfortunately, I do not recommend repairing cars in the Wloclawek service

I DO NOT RECOMMEND - Professionalism in this company, as usual, has a lot to be desired - in my case, no new offer of an ending vehicle insurance policy. No reminder information about the upcoming deadline. And who has lost and who is responsible, of course, the company and employees. I have made an insurance with Toyota Jaworski Włocławek. 10 minutes I had a great deal. And when I read employees' comments, my hands drop.

Unfortunately, I had to resign from buying the car due to the fact that the price differed significantly from the one proposed in June. I am sorry to admit this but I'm disappointed with this. Due to Mr. Mirek's sluggishness, from leasing, the reserved car was lost where I was not even informed about it, not to mention the lack of information that the entire procedure should end in June - if I knew that this was the way things would go, I would use my lessor who is able to handle such matters in a few days, not a month. Difficult contact with the lessor, who did not answer the phone and did not call back, also did not make it easier - it probably should not be like this. I bought a car in the showroom a few years earlier, I wanted to take advantage of the offer this year and the next one to buy Ducato and Talento but because of the treatment I was forced to find a better offer from the competition several dozen kilometers away ... I have the impression that I was disregarded all along the line.
