Customer service at a very high level. I'm from another city, wanted to get a new car, so I emailed several Hyundai dealerships. The showroom in Włocławek was the first to speak out with a very interesting and rich offer. At the beginning, the contact was by e-mail, but quickly changed to telephone contact, Mr. Radosław is a real specialist in his industry. He quickly personalized my car to my requirements, paying special attention to details that I had no idea about. We finalized the transaction and what can I say the documents were delivered the next day and after a week the car was ready for collection. Of course, throughout the waiting period, I was in constant contact with Mr. Radosław and was kept informed about the entire process. After arriving at the showroom, a professional presentation of the car and discussion of all the systems on board the car awaited me. I received an answer to each of my questions and the day after I got home, Mr. Radosław called me to ask how the journey was going and how the car is doing. Literally professional and hence 5 stars of course. best regards

I just picked up a new car. The first ones were bought at the showroom, so the service was important to me. I called the showroom from the announcement because I have over 200 km to Włocławek, I met with great professionalism from the seller, especially the one who picked up the handset, i.e. Radek. As I have been a trader by profession for a long time, after 5 minutes of conversation I knew that I am dealing with a professional and not a dimmer. The approach to the client made it a great pleasure for me to pick up the car despite the distance. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I recommend a salon from Włocławek! And Mr. Radosław is a class in himself.
