Marek Wojtanowicz (06/20/2019)
It is the grave of the Gestapo victims executed in retaliation for the partisan execution of the Gestapo Letter. In the execution of eight men, met on 17 June 1943, they died, among others Mieczysław Orzechowski, former accountant of the District Court in Tarnów and Alojzy Majcher, artist painter. In addition to these victims of executions, the dead on February 9, 1943, Henryk Stupnicki and Stanisław Majchra (judge from Radomyśl, a member of the ZWZ), were also buried here. Near the grave there is a single tombstone of Jan Lelek, a member of the People's Guards who was shot by the Germans on September 17, 1943.
