By calling the store with a complaint, I got information that I would get a new product without any problems. While in the store, the Lady tells me that they will refund me on the card and I will be able to buy another one. I bought a backpack for PLN 79.99 and now, when returning to the complaint, I bought it for PLN 99.99, which is pure profit. When returning the goods on the complaint, you have to pay 30 PLN for defeat in my case.

I love the mohito shop, but unfortunately in Włocławek there is a very small selection compared to shops in other cities, even in Torun, it is small and therefore very crowded. It could use some changes.
