The service has customers totally somewhere. 4 windows, 3 empty, ladies seem to be very busy because they have to make very important calls. Bottom.

A person dealing with mortgages in this branch neglects and disposes of the bank's current customers. I can't reach you, I promise to contact you on a given day and then I don't fulfill my promises. It is best to make an appointment for a specific date because otherwise we may not be served or find the employee. However, making a call is a miracle, so don't count on the employee calling you back. You can see that customers who have already signed a contract with the bank are not treated seriously here and are not a priority. This is the first time I have come across such an approach to the client in a bank branch.
