Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place. I went to the salon because I wanted to make delicate reflections and cut the ends. And that's exactly what I told the hairdresser, which she accepted. After a while, however, she began to apply paint on all her hair. I reacted, reminding myself that I only wanted to do lightening up. The lady said that you need to even the color over the entire length. Reluctantly, I agreed, because what else could I have done with the paint partially applied? The lady finished the application, because with what she washed the paint and began cutting. ONCE AGAIN I asked what the reflections were. The lady replied that she would not be reflecting on me, because it could damage my hair and the rest, she doesn't like the reflections. I made big eyes and was speechless. In addition, the applied color was extremely dark, cool brown. I didn't ask for that at all! I have a pale complexion, freckles - I just looked funny in this color. I just wanted to cut those unfortunate ends and leave - unfortunately, here, another flap. I had hair to the shoulders, and the hairdresser was shortening them all the time, claiming that the previous hairdresser cut me off so badly that she now needs to level everything. And so, arranging for reflections and undercutting the ends, I left the salon looking like Wednesday Addams - with a black head and haircut cut off the pot to the length of the beard, and even shorter. At the end, the hairdresser, delighted with her work, asked if I was as happy as she was, to which of course I answered that I absolutely did not like it and that I did not like anything about this hairstyle. At the checkout a high bill to be paid, inadequate to work. TOTAL lack of professionalism. This is really the worst salon I have been to in Krakow.
