I don't think the store deserves even a single star. Tragic service and I found it out more than once, the ladies working in this store act as if they worked there as a punishment. Not to mention the fact that they admonish customers who do not have a mask, and none of them has the mask properly put on, of course all (without exception) their noses have outside ...

"Google translator" I went to this store to get 3 large plastic frames, so I didn't have to carry the basket. There was hardly anyone in the store when a naughty unbearable salesman yelled at me with aggressive body language to get a basket. This seller should always respect and always show courtesy to all customers who support this store. How desperate is to hire a person in this store who has absolutely no respect for the customer. I explained the situation to the manager, but saw that she didn't even care about my complaint. I've been to this store many times since it opened and had nothing but the best service from other sellers, so I was really surprised. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ---------- I went into this store to pick up 3 large plastic bins, so I did not need to carry a shopping basket. Not nice ladies from service, terrible mess on the store. Ladies work there as if for punishment.

A big plus for the service of pregnant women, ladies call themselves to the cashier outside the queue

Pepco is one of my favorite stores, I'm often a client. However, Pepco in Skawina is avoiding like fire. But that's not the reason for the store as a brand but for customer service. Service unpleasant, surly, one cashier open to 10 people standing in a queue - the lady cashier will not call for help because other ladies are busy (here example: two ladies fold pants for children, gossip at the same time - laughter, chichy!), 30 minutes to closing and of course, one cashier is active and the queue is huge - and the ladies from the service are driving the customers, that immediately closing -> circus on wheels. I even asked them why they would not open the second cash in response, I got them in BOTTOM :) Ladies do not rush to customer service and exit to the customer and loosen up the queue and help a friend who doubles up at the box office. I do not recommend.
