Before I came to Rafał 4 years ago, I was a client of many "leading" dieters. Everyone proceeded schematically, according to their usual programs. They ordered me to do research on everything that cost money, or they wrote diets that were only visually good, but their effectiveness and my well-being after them was far from being expected. Rafał "struck" me with his insight and paying attention to the smallest details and connections between what I eat, how I feel, how I look, what I do. After our consultations he arranged for me a diet and supplement program, which was not time-consuming to prepare, was very tasty and most importantly ... its effects were surprisingly fast! I have been constantly satisfied with cooperation with him for 4 years! 100% quality and efficiency. Rafał combines intelligence, insight, analysis at an unprecedented level in Polish dietetics. She is also a very warm and kind person. I admit that reading negative opinions about him I wonder if we write about the same person, because I could not even sign them under any of them. I recommend Rafał to everyone, also those who struggle with problems that are "unsolvable", because this man does the miracles !!!!

I recommend Mr. Rafał to everyone with full responsibility. My adventure with his throws began when I could not get pregnant, but fortunately his advice and spread helped and succeeded. During pregnancy, Mr. Rafał also gave tips on what to eat and what to avoid and I did not have any nasty accidents. After pregnancy, I know that I have put on weight, fed my baby girl's breast and p.Rafal wrote such meals so that the little one would get as much good ingredients as possible and I would not get any more fat. I do not understand these bad reviews because I recommend him with all my heart. The test results with my daughter are perfect and we feel great. I look great on his diets and this cooperation will have no end. I would highly recommend!!

I am very happy that I finally found a real professional, today I look and feel like I always wanted, my goal was achieved 100%, I trained hard for years and there were no such sensational effects. In a simple way and diet, I got rid of a serious health problem. I highly recommend it because there are few people who approach their work with full commitment and passion.
