Laptop returned after flooding. The equipment was drained and worked when turned on, but the battery did not charge. After discharging the battery, the equipment stopped working and turned off after switching on. However, the keyboard was working. The Lord stated that this is a good forecast that it starts and that the keyboard works, but he wrote in the description that it does not start. We waited a long time for a diagnosis that was supposed to be in a few days. About 2 weeks after our next phone, a message that the keyboard needs to be replaced. The Lord orders a keyboard and we wait. A month later, information that orders for parts are delayed and you have to wait. After 2 months, text message: "Due to the lack of possibility to repair the equipment, we would like to inform you that the laptop has been prepared for collection. The equipment must be picked up within 2 days." I call you and ask if it means that the fault was more serious and the equipment should be thrown away. The Lord explains that the keyboard he ordered also came damaged and it is not possible to order the Polish keyboard elsewhere. Also 2 months of waiting and a surprising finale. Before we managed to go to another service, my husband decided to check if it was not the battery's fault. He checked by starting Bios that the computer does not turn off, so it is not the keyboard. After disconnecting the battery, using the power cable, the laptop works normally. The keyboard works fine. However, we noticed that the 3 keys do not "pop off normally". First thought that the laptop was not cleaned at all and it was a flooding effect. After checking how to remove the key, my husband took out these keys and noticed that, however, the keys were removed and the hooks were damaged, which causes this condition. I will not judge skill and professionalism. I leave it to everyone, I would not recommend the website services to anyone. I do not know on what basis the Lord stated that I believe that the laptop should not be cleaned after flooding.
