The problems started when the complaint concerned the mattresses (we had been buying from Meble Magnat for many years), and which did not match the dimensions ordered. The first complaint was approved (based on photographic documentation), as a result of which a penny discount was granted, which we did not agree to and requested a replacement, so it was found that the documentation was not prepared correctly and had to be made anew. After accepting the next complaint (time, e-mails, phone calls), it was found that the replacement could take place, but only the cartridges, without covers, because these, in the opinion of the person responsible for complaints, are ok (it should be added that Magnat does not sell the cartridges only - but the replacement - already Yes). This game lasted three months for 7 mattresses. Sorry, but the fault is clearly on the producer's side. So, after the last ordeal, we give up cooperation. Zero customer service.

I definitely do not recommend !!!. My ordered cot has not been realized for several months. I made a purchase on the company's website at prices that were published and later it turned out that the prices are out of date and if I want the goods, I have to pay extra, which I did not agree with. The case was referred to the Consumer Ombudsman because the dear company does not feel responsible for the performance of the order at the prices it presented. A few months pass, the crib is gone and the case continues. I definitely do not recommend and advise you to avoid this type of company, because companies are known by behaving in disputes and taking responsibility for their employees. I strongly advise against !!!! :( and this is my first negative opinion on the internet.

Also, I do not recommend this company, the whole bed, as each element has a discoloration from the resin. A professional carpenter with many years of experience found that it was poorly prepared for painting. The Magnat furniture proposes a poor tray, which will probably have imperfections sooner or later. Apparently the Meble Magnat company treats each customer "once" they do not care about the relationship with the customer to make purchases in this company in the future. Zero professionalism The Meble Magnat company proposes painting the elements and returning the bed within 30 days. The only question is whether anyone from this company has thought about where the child should sleep for those 30 days?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I do not recommend. The mattress was supposed to be 19 cm high, it is less. In addition, more than a week after ordering, I had to call and explain what was happening with the order. It turned out that the package with the mattress was lost and they must explain and call you back. They just sent an e-mail with one sentence that the package would be re-posted because the previous one was lost. Zero phone contact from the store, although they were supposed to call, which proves disrespect for the customer. Choose your competition because it's a waste of time to complain and try to contact the store. I called at least 3 times and it dropped the call despite the hotline.
