It is very loud here, but you can look at the cars. No wheelchair access
if you are unlucky you can end up splashed by cars / buses, loud and graffiti don't leave :-(
Loud, because right next to the tunnel and often crowded. In addition, there is no elevator so disabled people are unlikely to use it. Long stairs.
