Got a flat tyre nearby, car was towed to this garage as it was the closest. Staff did not want to help at all, seemingly everything was a ‘pain’ for them. Due to their unhelpfulnes we had to leave the car behind and fly back to NL. When lease company contacted them to change the tyre they wanted to charge an exorbitant fee for it, so finally the car was towed back to NL and fixed there. Can’t understand how such people can work at customer service..

Total disaster, I was today with my friend and approximately one hour we are looking for the car and no one from the staff not came to help us( #vw #sobieslaw Nie polecam!!!
