Great place, friendly service recommend
Nice lounge, great location. There are several models on site to see, but you can get along and pick up the chosen test drive and fitting. A very comfortable place - you don't have to travel to the city with all documents. Nice and interesting interiors, sometimes organize various events for clients. With salesmen like everywhere - they are better and worse, but in general Volvo keeps the level.
Unfortunately, my experience with this place is very unpleasant. Searching for a volvo in the Tri-City area, my wife and I spent some nice moments in the local salons. Unfortunately, we found a very well-equipped copy in Volvo Car Warsaw. The salesman Mr. K. does not have basic knowledge about the cars sold and their equipment, and answers additional questions arrogantly and 'emphatically'. Not for a moment did we hear any encouragement to buy a car, praise the equipment, etc. When asking about, e.g. opening the boot lid with a foot, we were assured that the item being viewed has, as it turned out, unfortunately he did not have and Mr. K. did not even know what does the VERSATILITY PRO package contain!
On the one hand, they sell 1,200 cars a year, and in a moment they do not know how to fill out the documents because 'I have not filled them in a long time'. At the end we were asked to sign the car pick-up report at the table, last time we saw the car about a week ago, so we asked that we want to see the car first, which seemed strange and unnecessary to Mr. K In fact, he made us understand that we are strangely careful, it's just buying a car. Great things for me, PLN 200-300 thousand 😉
Fortunately, despite the unpleasant experience in the salon, the car was purchased.
