The salesman cheats customers buying Żywiec beer etc. from the Winter Scratchcard promotion. I bought a beer from the promotion and waited for the honorable lady to give me a scratch card that was due to me, unfortunately the lady decided to appropriate the scratch by hiding it. Pathetic !!! Of course, I also decided to submit a complaint by e-mail to the Żabka office

Very unfriendly service, they all ask for theft, they sell old sandwiches out of date. I do not recommend this store.

I do not recommend to travelers who care about time. The servicing lady is getting pregnant and leaving the client before service. When I asked you to re-approach the ticket office, because she hurries to the train, she replied that everyone is in a hurry somewhere. I am able to understand everything, that you took a break (5 minutes I was standing at the door), as well as that there are other things to do in the store besides standing at the checkout, but how can you be so brazen !? Shame!
