A well-stocked store of this chain, there are no empty shelves as in some. There is order, it is easy to find what you need. I have never found anything out of date. The service was very nice and helpful. Earlier opinions about unpleasant service, I think, refer to the previous team that used to work there. Back then there was a mess, and the cashiers, taking turns at the cash register, closed the shop for up to half an hour.

Massacre service. The young, dark-haired cashier is very arrogant. One cannot say anything because he is mocking customers, he is there for punishment.

We ordered a large hotdog with a sausage. We received an old sausage. We decided to advertise it and replace it. Both ladies from the service refused, explaining that "they are at work on Sundays". We asked for a Shift Manager or owner. We heard that there is no. Then there were mocking looks and cynical smiles at every question about the solution you see. The staff was disrespectful and malicious in their statements, while we were exchanging arguments, unpleasant words were uttered on the other hand. Other clients joined the discussion. It did not change the attitude of the staff. In our opinion, the refund or hotdog exchange, but not within half an hour, was an image issue. Bad food is a topic for the health department. We have already met in this frog with out-of-date food in Poland. You can see this is the standard in this frog, mediocre in service and assortment.

Some time ago I was in this frog. That day I had a really terrible humor because I lost a very commemorative and valuable thing for me. The lady who worked there at the box office was so nice and loved that I got better all day. Talking is a small thing but I'm really grateful. Great service :)
