This is the first Żabka that I can say that I never want to buy anything from it again. Customer service is a nightmare.

Terrible service. Lady in short black hair cannot work with clients or control her frustration. From me, with a hint of grudge, she expected the knowledge of the store's offer, and treated the foreigner as trash to us. Maybe it is worth employing people who care about work, because it is a shame for the store. Plus for location and assortment.
