I stopped by at this Żabka while passing by because I desperately needed a snack. The saleslady that was there around 15:15 (on 27.IX.2017) was absolutely wonderful: friendly, warm & attentive. The small talk we had was genuinely pleasant and, as I left wishing her a good day, I thought what an unexpectedly nice experience it was. Such a salesperson - who has a sense of what true hospitality is and naturally connects with people - is such a rarity nowadays. I hope her employers recognize how lucky they are to have her. If I were to open my own store or a restaurant, I would go back there and offered the saleslady a job on the spot.

2 stars because there was one nice employee. Otherwise 0 stars- horrible and rude service- the cashier (a larger woman) kept commenting about how spoiled kids are nowadays (while staring at our children), and how her children were well behaved. Despicable. Go to other stores nearby.

I have been in this frog twice during the last 2 hours. There was a young salesman with tunnels in his ears. He was at the cash register all the time with a nose on the phone. He did not say "good morning" or "goodbye". This, however, would not be a problem if it wasn't for the fact that the whole store was torn apart (some empty, some full, there were a dozen or so, maybe more), a ladder at the entrance just behind the stairs. For this scattered papers, teaspoons, etc. It looked as if someone had just attacked the store, really! It would take 5 minutes to grasp it, but the young salesman apparently had more important things to do on the phone. Several times I even ostentatiously kicked the cardboard, because it was impossible to pass, unfortunately no reaction. Żenada ... for over 20 years of my life I've never seen a store in such an awful state.
