A phone number officially given as a hotline number is a mockery! For over TWO WEEKS I tried to get through, at different times of the day, from different numbers, and no one answered. When, finally, forced by the lack of a reply, I went to the said court, to the room where the Customer Service Office is located, I reported this fact and demanded explanations. Of course, the ladies working there deny that there is no possibility of making any calls, they always answer the phone. Well ... it's probably my fault, I don't skilfully dial the given phone number. After two weeks, during my next visit to the court (because I did not receive any information by phone, I had to make another appointment in person), I wanted to call the hotline again. For two hours I made a total of 33 calls - no effect, no one answered the phone. The saddest thing about it is that this number is also a disabled number. For a person with disabilities, whatever their form, a trip to court just to seek information that they might as well get over the phone is quite a challenge. This is such a disregard for the citizen that there are no words.

I have been waiting for a reply to paper correspondence (sent via Poczta Polska) for about half a year. Calls are not answered. Do you somehow misunderstand the idea of ​​"Free Courts"? As a reminder, "slow" doesn't mean slow and inept.

The judge does not react to verbal taunts and insults of a participant in the proceedings, he is not prepared for the case, he tolerates the behavior of one of the parties not seriously disagreeing with the courtroom, even after the third party has noticed three times. The president of the court did not even deign to deal with the case and respond to news of the situation.
