Unfortunately, you can have big reservations about the management. She is rude, has an embarrassing level of culture and a lack of professionalism. I had the impression that I was an intruder at this station and from what I noticed the manager treats his crew badly and she should take better care of them because if it weren't for the other (polite and friendly) service staff I would prefer to push the car to the other end of the city to refuel.
The station manager / leader presents himself as a person deprived of the ability to establish cultural relations between the client and the employee. The level of personal culture of this Lady leaves much to be desired, a person rude and unable to cope with stressful situations.
Customer service staff at a very high level - I give them 5 stars. Leading - 0.
Nie rozumiem komentarzy zawartych na temat prowadzącej stacji. Osobiście jestem klientka owej stacji i nigdy nie poczułam się jak "intruz" bądź źle zostałam potraktowana przez kierowniczkę. Odnosząc się do negatywnych komentarzy uważam, że są bezpodstawne. Po obsłudze tej Pani zawsze wychodzę zadowolona z rzetelności i profesjonalizmu jaką kobieta ta posiada. Chętnie tam wrócę. :)
The manager of the Orlen Station, Mrs. Anna, is not very well-mannered level of personal culture leaves a lot to be desired, she is not able to cope with stressful situations, she is vulgar and has no leading skills / manager 0 stars I do not recommend
